Matt's Saison (all-grain)

This beer is on the mild end of the scale for Saisons with relatively low gravity and not a lot of hops. If you're looking for a Saison recipe that's spot-on the BJCP style guidelines, this isn't it. But it is extremely refreshing with a nice amount of subtle complexity.

OG: 1.052
FG: 1.012
IBU: ~22.7
SRM: ~4.1

5.5 lbs Pilsener Malt
3.5 lbs Wheat Malt
1.0 lbs Munich Malt

.4 oz Nugget hop pellets (12.2% AA) (60 min)
.3 oz Czech Saaz hop pellets (15 min)
.3 oz Styrian Goldings hop pellets (15 min)

.3 oz Bitter Orange Peel (15 min)
.5 oz Coriander Seed (5 min)

White Labs WLP410 Belgian Wit II yeast
