Matt's Saison (all-grain) This beer is on the mild end of the scale for Saisons with relatively low gravity and not a lot of hops. If you're looking for a Saison recipe that's spot-on the BJCP style guidelines, this isn't it. But it is extremely refreshing with a nice amount of subtle complexity.
